The compilation of content on this site is the exclusive property of Opuzz Inc. Opuzz must approve reproduction, publication, posting or transmission of the content of Opuzz's site prior to release.

	When you purchase music or any products or services from Opuzz, you agree to abide by all of the terms listed.
	Pay for your music tracks ONCE only. No additional fees required.
	You must use the track as PART of a production (not isolated), and can make unlimited copies of the production, sell and distribute the production worldwide.
	You cannot sell the track by itself, or as a compilation, be it with other tracks by Opuzz or other sources of music. You are not allowed to resell or duplicate our individual music tracks, music CDs, music loops or music DVDs without consent from Opuzz.
	You cannot give or lend the tracks to anyone else. You pay the low, one-time fee for your own use only. You can however register and purchase music tracks or any of our products under the name of your company or client.
	By following these terms, you will help us keep offering you high-quality royalty-free music tracks, as well as new products & services, at unbelievable low prices!

All music tracks in the Opuzz library are sold on a royalty-free, lifetime synchronization buyout basis. Please see below for further explanation:

1.	The music tracks shall remain the property of Opuzz Inc. and are licensed, not sold, to you for use in your productions. You agree and acknowledge you will not have the right to utilize any music tracks licensed from Opuzz until you have fulfilled all payment and/or other obligations owed to Opuzz.
2.	If in any case payment is not fulfilled or cancelled, rights to use the tracks will be withheld.
3.	This license forbids resale or other distribution of the music tracks, music CDs or music DVDs, either as they exist in the library, or any modification thereof. You are not allowed to re-package or create competing products or services with music from Opuzz.
4.	You may NOT resell the music tracks in isolation. You may not sell, rent, loan, lease, assign, share or transfer music tracks, music CDs and music DVDs to any other person or company, for use in any production, competitive product or competitive web site. You must treat all recordings like any other copyrighted materials. Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws.
5.	Opuzz cannot be held responsible if the music tracks, music CDs or music DVDs do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.
6.	This license grants you the synchronization rights for recordings in timed relation with audio or visual productions including TV & Radio Commercials, animations, video, films, telephone on-hold equipment, multimedia productions, Web-related productions, shows & live events, and displays.
7.	You may only duplicate the music for the purposes of allowing synchronization, and cannot be duplicated by itself in whole or in part in any medium, tape, disc, streamed, storage device or otherwise.
8.	Music used on the Internet must be synchronized with audio or visual production and not available as a separate file, streaming audio or downloadable.
9.	The Licensee may make only one copy of the licensed music track for back-up purposes only. It cannot be resold or duplicated for any other reasons than back-up.
10.	If you are placing production credits for any of our music used in your productions, please use "Music by Opuzz" to indicate our music.
11.	All music tracks in the Opuzz library have been composed & produced specially for Opuzz, and any similarity to any other recording is unintentional.

If you have discovered, or would like to report, the infringement of copyright of Music By Opuzz or related parties, please contact us. We appreciate your helpfulness and willingness to participate as a community to protect the intellectual rights and property of the rightful owners.

OR If you believe a site hosted by Opuzz Inc. infringes a copyright, or that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the information specified below.

	A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
	Description of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
	Description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
	Your contact information - name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address.
	A statement that the copyright owner or its authorized agent has a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
	A statement, made under penalty of perjury, stating the information in the notification is accurate, and, if an agent is providing the notification, a statement that the agent is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
