Opuzz Voice : Submission Guidelines

Thank you for interest in opening your very own Opuzz Voice Store!
Opening an Opuzz Voice Store is easy and open to all voice talents. However, all talents must have the following to ensure that consistency and quality is ensured, and that the submission is approved & the store is built...ready for potential customers!

1.	Access to a recording studio that has Internet access.
2.	The recording studio must be able to make files available to customers:
	i. As attachments to email, or
	ii. By FTP
3.	Audio files must be able to be converted into at least one of the following standard file formats:
	i. MP3
	ii. WAV
	iii. AIFF
4.	Ability to deliver the final audio files within 3 working days.

We advise you to provide rates as talents with no rates indicated are less likely to get orders.

Store Template Selected :	Enter the Number of the Store Template you’d like to use. See sample stores.
Store Quote/ Personal Motto :	This will be placed at the top of your Store just below your name. If no Store Quote/Personal Motto is entered, the default 'Welcome To My Store!' will be used. See sample stores.

Each store is allocated 300 Kbytes of storage space for Demos. You are advised to use this space as effectively as you can. E.g. You may submit 2 demos at 150Kb each. Whichever way you choose, please ensure that you do the following for each file:

1.	Send us each Demo attached to separate emails.
2.	Name each audio file with your name in it. E.g. john_smith_demo1.mp3.
	DO NOT name your files in a generic manner, e.g. demo1.mp3. Your files will not be included if so.
3.	Label clearly in your email the nature of each demo.
	E.g. Demo 1 = Commercial Demo. Demo 2 = Animation Demo. Demo 3 = Multimedia Demo.

Each talent is encourage to include an image or photo in the store. The file size must not exceed 50 Kbytes and must be in GIF format.

Please have your file named in the following manner: photo_yourname.gif
E.g. photo_john_smith_.gif

All files, images and text will be posted and used ‘as is’ without any editing. Please ensure image is same size as per sample image on sample store.

Opuzz cannot be held responsible for any errors in submissions. Please ensure that all submissions are free from errors (e.g. spelling/grammatical/file naming) and are in compliance to the requirements stated here.

Opuzz cannot be held responsible for rejection of submissions as a result of non-compliance to specified formats for files, texts or images.

You are advised to send us your photo & demo in separate emails to submission@opuzz.com, as the inclusion will greatly increase your chance of getting hired. Only talents with audio demos and rates included will be accepted.
We will not process payment if submission is does not comply with terms.

Please remember that your Rates quoted must include studio time, delivery by email or FTP, and 10% for Opuzz's referral fees.

Guidelines:

1) Upon receiving a voice order, please respond immediately to both client and
    Opuzz to indicate if you are able to work on the order.
2) If no response or indication is provided, Opuzz will take the liberty to assist the
    client in finding an alternative talent. Please include a cc copy of all
    correspondence between the client and yourself to support@opuzz.com.
3) You are to update Opuzz immediately upon successful completion of an order.
4) All commissions have to be paid via Opuzz online store payment gateway.
