tracks sold with the Xclusive
Purchase option will be removed from our online library and
safely & securely stored away in our archives. You can rest assure that
your tracks will never, ever be used or sold by us again. Period.
Traditional
production music companies mass-produce music library CDs
that are sold years after its first release. Customers are
then forced to buy these old-sounding music tracks of yesteryears,
not cutting-edge music of today & tomorrow.
Mass-produced music library CDs are sold over & over again
and their music tracks are used in countless of productions
over & over again. So music tracks you purchased and use
for your productions are available to everybody else also,
even years after you have already used these tracks for your
productions. This obviously results in productions sounding
the same and awfully familiar.

purchases are impossible with music library CDs, as the CDs
are mass-produced and sold. This is

purchase a track exclusively, you get ALL versions of the

When you
choose to purchase a track with the Xclusive Purchase option,
you will be required to fill up an Xclusive Purchase
Application Form. You will need to provide us with your
details. Our Sales Personnel will be in contact with you within 24 hours of your application
submission. Please

There
are two way to purchase a track with the Xclusive Purchase
option.
Firstly, you can simply shop at the store as you normally
would, adding tracks that you want to purchase to your
Shopping Cart and then selecting `Xclusive Purchase'
at your Shopping Cart and making payment.
The Xclusive Purchase option applies to all music tracks
in our library.
Check

The other way would be to purchase a track exclusively
before it is available at the store.
We recommend customers to sign up for our Xclusive
Purchase Pre-Release email notifications for us to notify
you regarding new music releases 7 days before the new
releases are released for sale at the store. Customers can preview
and purchase any track from the new releases, within
the 7 days.
To ensure absolute exclusivity, the first customer
who completes the application and payment soonest for
a track will be given the exclusive rights to the track,
and thus the track will never be sold again.
